I am a representative of the Ambassadors Emancipation Homes in Bakersfield, Los Angeles and San Diego, California. This letter is being written asking you to make a charitable tax-exempt donation (seed money), or a contribution of property or any type of a gift towards our non-profit public housing project. Our objective is to provide housing for those who are homeless and that have been emancipated from the Welfare system, or, for some unfortunate reasons find themselves and or their children (children with babies)without shelter. It is indeed a charitable cause to aid the children of foreign and native countries but the time is long overdue where the children and youth of America need help. The Ambassadors board and staff are on a mission to reach this group of young people. However, we cannot do it alone we need your support. I know this letter may seem a bit unethical, but I was awakened from a dream a time ago in which I envisioned myself writing this letter to people of choice. In the dream I saw particular pieces of properties, buildings and more buildings. These properties were alive and bright, and there were happy faces looking through the windows. The dream was strange to me because, in the dream people were giving me property and saying to me, “use it for the purpose that I give it to you.” And I responded with, “I will.” That was the entire dream and I mentioned it to several people and they, as well as myself, thought there was a message in this dream and I was to share it with you. So here I am months later waking up in the early morning at 6:20 with the same inspiration. I have finally decided to share my dream with you. I also believe from this dream the Ambassadors logo (the happy sun, loving hearts, and smiling faces peaking through windows) was created.

I believe you will strongly think about donating property to become a shelter or transitional home. What I have asked I did so because we are solely non-profit and all financing has come so far through personal donations or contributions. Please remember this is a good thing we are attempting to do to help our own children.

We have an avenue to create greatly needed jobs for unemployed individuals, workers, Contractors and skilled Independent Contractors who will assist us with development, housing repairs and reconstruction, Counselors, Teachers, Stress management and Drug and Suicide prevention workers, Clothing distribution, and Food preparation, a good group of dedicated individuals who love people and most of all who want to make a difference in this lifetime and in our own Country. Our own children are dying not only abroad or overseas, but right here in America.
